International University was founded on August 20, 2002 as a non-governmental higher education institution with collective ownership on the basis of the provisions of the National Education Program and the principles of the Concept of Development of Humanitarian Education in Ukraine.

The series "Jurisprudence" is included in the List of Scientific Professional Editions of Ukraine in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 1188 dated September 24, 2020 (Category B) on the specialities D8 Law, D9 International law
Editorial Board of the International Humanities University Scientific Bulletin. Series: "Jurisprudence" invites to cooperation in the publication of scientific articles of Doctors of Sciences, Candidates of Sciences, young scientists (adjuncts, graduate students, applicants), as well as other persons with higher education and engaged in scientific activity.
The aim of the scientific journal is to publish the results of fundamental and applied research in the field of legal sciences, to promote the development of legal scholarship, the improvement of legislation and law enforcement practice, as well as the integration of the Ukrainian academic community into the global scholarly environment.
The main objectives of the journal are:
– to ensure the publication of up-to-date scientific research in the theory and history of state and law, as well as in branch-specific and interdisciplinary legal studies;
– to provide a scientific platform for the exchange of research results between domestic and foreign scholars, practitioners, educators, and higher education students;
– to contribute to the development of modern legal science and the formation of new scientific approaches and concepts;
– to generalize and analyze law enforcement, judicial, and legislative practices;
– to support young researchers, doctoral students, and applicants in publishing the results of their scientific work;
– to ensure compliance with the principles of academic integrity, peer review, and the scientific quality of publications;
– to promote scientific achievements in the field of law and expand international cooperation.
Open Access Policy
The journal adheres to an Open Access policy. All articles are published permanently and free of charge immediately upon the release of an issue. Full-text real-time access to the journal’s scientific articles is available on the official journal website in the Archives section.
Licensing
The journal operates under the Creative Commons Attribution International (CC-BY 4.0). This license permits any user to:
– read, download, copy, distribute, and print articles;
– cite or reference the full text of the articles;
– use the materials for their own research, educational, or commercial purposes, provided that appropriate attribution is given to the original work.
Copyright
Authors retain full copyright of their articles and are entitled to deposit the final published version or the accepted manuscript in any institutional or subject repository without restrictions.
This is in line with the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) definition of open access. The journal’s licensing policy is compatible with the majority of open access and self-archiving policies.
